Sharow: St John's

Berrygate Lane Sharow Ripon
http://www.stjohnssharow.org.uk

St John’s is the village church in Sharow, just outside Ripon. We are part of the bigger Cathedral parish within the diocese of Ripon and Leeds, in the Church of England. We are here as a community of Christians seeking to follow Jesus, not with all the answers, but as a community to explore what it means to be a Christian in our local community and in the world today. We share worship together on Sundays and in groups during the week, we are involved in village life and try to equip our members for Christian service in whatever area of life they are involved. We are available for baptisms, weddings and funerals and are happy to discuss possibilities for these, and are keen for our church building to be used for community activities. I hope the website will provide you with the information you are looking for, we hope to see you soon.
